Jim Saber, President & CEO
With the emergence of COVID-19, we are certainly in unchartered waters. One thing I’m certain of; the situation at the time you’re reading has evolved from when I wrote this. The world is changing that fast.
Like many of you, dealing with COVID-19 has presented many challenges to our daily lives and businesses. At NextEnergy, we have implemented “work from home” policies and procedures to protect our team and their families while ensuring our work continues and we are as available and accessible to our clients and partners as we can be.
Earlier this month, NextEnergy had the opportunity to participate in the Climate Leadership Conference in Detroit, Michigan. Tim Slusser, our Director of Smart mobility Initiatives, participated in a clean fuels panel discussion and I spoke on “Three emerging trends and applications which can accelerate our path to carbon free energy”. It was a great opportunity to learn from and share ideas with climate researchers, policy experts, and businesses from across the country.
Continue to look for updates on our work and activities via our website and social media channels and feel free to connect with our team virtually. Stay safe and we thank you for doing your part to minimize the effects of COVID-19.
